Return Due To Change Of Mind

Moonlite Storytime will happily accept returns due to change of mind. All request must be made by January 1, 2026 and item is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as either a store credit for a future purchase or a credit on the card used. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Moonlite Storytime will refund the value of the goods returned, but will NOT refund the value of any return shipping fees paid.

Warranty Returns

Moonlite Storytime will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
